The scene is designed as a narrow reading room hidden between ordinary books. The central idea is a workspace where every object relates to reading and study: shelves filled with spines, loose pages pinned to the wall and a desk covered with illustrated volumes. The circular “galaxy” image on the side wall and the oval mirror above the desk echo the concept of stories as portals. Details such as the broom, stacked books forming a small staircase and the butterfly on the doorway were added to give the compact space different levels and textures when viewed from the front of a bookshelf. The layout is arranged so that the vertical shelves, doorway and ceiling plants frame the light from the LED strip and keep the interior readable even in low light.

    Notes: Children must assemble under the guidance of adults to avoid accidental swallowing of small parts.
  • Which battery type should I use?
    This kit requires 2 pcs of AAA batteries.
  • What kind of glue should I use?
    We recommend using white latex or alcohol-based glue.
  • How does the touch light work? Will it turn off by itself?
    The light in the book nook kit will turn on when you press the switch, and turn off when you press it again.
    It will not turn off automatically unless the batteries run out.

Touch-control LED lighting with battery compartment

This kit is designed to be lit after assembly using the included LED lampline and a touch switch. A built-in battery compartment powers the light (batteries not included). During the build, you connect the light components as shown in the manual to illuminate the interior scene.

Fantasy library scene with layered mini details

The finished nook recreates a compact magic-study corner framed by an arched doorway and nameplate. Inside you’ll see a tall bookcase, stacked books, a broom, a small table with flowers, and wall graphics such as a starry “portal” panel and open-page backdrop—creating depth when displayed between books.

Pre-cut MDF pieces with printed panels and stickers

The set uses pre-cut MDF parts with printed surface details. Assembly follows step-by-step diagrams, and two sticker sheets are provided for additional decorative elements. With 133 pieces and a level 3/5 difficulty, it’s recommended for ages 14+.
