This design is based on the image of a private book collection room filled with old volumes and study tools. The intention was to place layered shelves, a central stair and a compact desk into the height of a single book spine, so that the whole space could be viewed from the side of a bookshelf.

Details such as stacked newspapers, ship model, globe, framed paintings and rolled maps were added to suggest different branches of knowledge without using specific titles or brands. Warm lighting and an arched window were included to give the feeling of a quiet room that is still in use, as if someone has just left their reading spot for a moment.

    Notes: Children must assemble under the guidance of adults to avoid accidental swallowing of small parts.
  • Which battery type should I use?
    This kit requires 2 pcs of AAA batteries.
  • What kind of glue should I use?
    We recommend using white latex or alcohol-based glue.
  • How does the touch light work? Will it turn off by itself?
    The light in the book nook kit will turn on when you press the switch, and turn off when you press it again.
    It will not turn off automatically unless the batteries run out.
