- Canada: Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days. Custom duties are included, with no additional charges.
- Europe (EU Countries): Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days. Custom duties are included, with no extra charges for you.

Insured Shipping: If your package is lost or missing, we will investigate and replace it if you’ve purchased insured shipping. Without insured shipping, we cannot guarantee a replacement.
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your Veelun products! If not, let us know within 30 days of receipt, and we’ll help you return or exchange your items for a refund.
